Services

AgentWave provides consulting and implementation services for AI agents in logistics and operations workflows. We may propose a pilot engagement, ongoing support plan, or custom project based on mutual agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to required systems where applicable, and timely feedback during implementation. Delays in access may affect timelines.

Intellectual property

Any custom work created for a client remains subject to the agreed commercial terms. AgentWave retains ownership of general methods, templates, and pre-existing materials unless explicitly transferred.

Limitation of liability

AgentWave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
