Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

For pilot engagements, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you are unhappy with the initial scope or deliverables, please contact us promptly so we can discuss a resolution.

Ongoing support

Monthly support or maintenance fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Any unused prepaid time is not refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
